We may use Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a 'discovery' process during Joint Diagnosis. This enables us to establish what is good about the organisation and what needs to change, at the same time celebrating the successes and achieving buy-in from employees. Our 'Change Equation' model also strongly supports the achievement of employee buy-in to the need for change.
