Dr. Rosalyn McCarthy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has been coaching senior managers since 1992. Currently she is providing both face-to-face and telephone coaching for people within the pharmaceutical industry, food retailing, telecommunications and the public sector. In the past she has also acted as a coach for managers within financial services and the corporate insurance industry. Her approach is eclectic, but she finds solution-focused coaching a particularly effective model in helping people to focus on their strengths and how they can use them to better effect.
