Experience

Sandie’s first career spanned 12 years in broadcast television, cutting her teeth in programme production, then progressing to management where significant multi-million pounds budgets were the norm. She then transitioned into human resource management in the public sector for 8 years heading a regional team with responsibility for 30,000 hours of training annually. This was followed by a 5-year spell of global management consultancy in the UK, USA, Australia and Europe.

These days, engaging with clients predominantly at Board level Sandie has over 4,500 hours of executive and corporate coaching experience, underpinned by 30+ years of working across a large range of Private Sector businesses, Public Sectors organisations and many years as a Trustee in the Charity Sector.
